Hired to reduce operating expenses and provide leadership for this world class waterfront resort and its sister properties.  Oversaw F&B operations for luxury properties that featured a marina, 18-hole golf course, internationally recognized spa, multiple retail and F&B outlets.  Managed multiple F&B operation with $25M in revenues and 350 employees.
